This document is deemed to form an integral part of the General terms and conditions of use of the Website, as they contain references on privacy and on the safety measures adopted by the Website.

Beauty Project always aims at respecting the principle of strict necessity in the processing of those data that can help to identify the user, even indirectly. For this reason, the Website has been configured so that the use of personal data is limited, in order to exclude the processing when the purposes of the single cases can be carried out by means of anonymous data or by means of other modalities that allow the user to be identified only if strictly necessary or upon request of the authorities and the police. Beauty Project is the Data controller of the website user’s personal data for the management, conclusion and exercise of the commercial transactions related to the purchase of the products present on the Website. Beauty Project determines the purposes and the modalities of such data processing and the tools to be used to guarantee the utmost safety.
